The Sloulin Field International Airport intends to file an application with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to implement a Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) at a PFC Level of $4.50 for each enplaned passenger. The PFC will help reimburse local Airport funds for improvement projects at the Sloulin Field International Airport, Williston, ND.
The application for the PFC is done in accordance with the Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) Part 158 “Passenger Facility Charges.” The Airport intends to use the PFC funds to finance the new Williston Basin International Airport commercial terminal project. The estimated charge effective date is January 1, 2026, and the estimated charge expiration date is July 1, 2043. The estimated PFC revenue to be collected during this period is approximately $7,191,694.00.

All comments must be received no later than thirty (30) days from the date of this notice.
