The Sloulin Field International Airport intends to file an application with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to implement a Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) at a PFC Level of $4.50 for each enplaned passenger. The PFC will help reimburse local Airport funds for improvement projects at the Sloulin Field International Airport, Williston, ND.

The application for the PFC is done in accordance with the Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) Part 158 “Passenger Facility Charges.” The Airport intends to use the PFC funds to finance eligible projects and to reimburse the Airport fund for local Airport share of projects completed after 2005. The estimated charge effective date is March 1, 2013, and the estimated charge expiration date is January 1, 2029. The estimated PFC revenue to be collected during this period is approximately $2,812,202.00.

Any comments on the proposed PFC Application, including agreement or disagreement with any of the proposed projects, should be addressed to Mr. Steven Kjergaard, Airport Manager, Sloulin Field International Airport, PO Box 1306, Williston, North Dakota 58802. All comments must be received no later than thirty (30) days from the date of this notice.
